Why headlights turn yellow
Plastic headlight lenses leave the factory with a UV coating. Years of sun and weather break that coating down, and the plastic underneath oxidizes into a yellow, hazy layer that scatters light.
Our restoration process
We mask the paint around each light, sand away the damaged layer in progressively finer steps, polish the lens back to clear and finish with a UV-protective sealant to slow future yellowing.
